Greg Inglis is not included - he had been a doubt after picking up a hamstring injury during Monday's 26-20 defeat to Huddersfield Giants.
However, academy graduate Jacob Gannon - a second rower - is included and is in contention for his senior debut.
Skipper Jack Hughes comes straight back into the fold as expected having completed a one-match ban, but Sitaleki Akauola sits out through a suspension of his own picked up for dangerous contact during Monday's game.
