SOMEONE has decided to have a play with the Warrington Wolves coach list on Wikipedia.

According to the website, current boss Steve Price is no longer in charge and his reign ended in 2020.

Instead, Ian Watson now holds the head coach's position - according to the person who decided to amend the site's facts.

This is obviously not the case, with Price leading preparations for his fourth full season at the helm of The Wire.

Watson, meanwhile, is the new head coach at Huddersfield Giants after a successful stint in charge of Salford Red Devils.

Price took over from Tony Smith at The Halliwell Jones Stadium at the end of 2017 and steered the club to the Challenge Cup Final and Grand Final in his first campaign, though both occasions ended in losses.

He returned to Wembley with The Wire in 2019 and defeated St Helens in the final.

His side were narrowly edged out into third place on the league ladder in the Covid-affected 2020 season, though they bowed out of the play-offs at the first hurdle and lost to Salford in the Challenge Cup semi-finals.
