SHAUN Wane has confirmed two members of the Warrington Wolves coaching team will have roles in his England set-up.
Head of performance Ade Gardner and strength and conditioning coach Chris Baron will join Wane's backroom staff as the national team prepares for the 2021 Rugby League World Cup on home soil in October.
Both will continue in their roles with The Wire, with Wane confirming Steve Price has given his blessing for the pair to join his set-up.
Baron is no stranger to the international scene, having held strength and conditioning roles with England and Great Britain in the past.
"Ade is a good bloke and a very, very smart operator. He will do a great job for us," Wane said.
"I spoke to Karl Fitzpatrick at Warrington and to Steve Price to ask for permission to speak with them.
"They were all for that and were very forward-thinking about it. They were in no doubt that it would be best for Ade and Chris to jump in with me."
