WARRINGTON Town duo Mark Roberts and Dave Raven have been named in the Evo-Stik Premier Division’s team of the year.
Yellows’ defensive lynchpins both earned the votes of rival managers to make up the league’s select team, which was revealed at Sunday’s Evo-Stik League Awards.
Roberts and Raven, 35 and 34 respectively, have formed a formidable partnership in central defence and have inspired Town to have the tightest defence in the division having conceded just 30 goals.
