WARRINGTON Dolphins junior swimmers Martin Bosson and Alison Lydon won their long-distance races at Llyn Padarn in north Wales.
Bosson led the boys' junior two-mile race from start to finish, while Lydon dominated the girls' race.
Graham Padgett finished second in the senior men's race with Christian Wade third, while Michaela Richard was third in the senior women's race.
Kevin Saunders finished 16th overall in the senior event with Mark Blewitt ninth, Anna Barker 20th and Jon Lydon 26th.
Richard was third in the senior women's afternoon four-mile race, while Wade was sixth overall, Andy Wright was seventh, Jo Norton-Barker was 13th and Blewitt was 14th.
Richard also had success in the British Long Distance Swimming Association Coniston Championship in Cumbria. In a field of 50 swimmers, she was the third woman to cross the line in 2hrs 14mins 29secs, while Dave Bower finished in 3hrs 41mins 56secs in his first attempt at the race.
