PAUL Rauhihi could be out of action for some time after developing internal bleeding in his throat.
Rauhihi was accidentally elbowed in his throat by Iain Morrison in the last 10 minutes of Sunday's match at Hull KR and had to leave the field.
The Kiwi prop has since been referred to a specialist and is now suffering from a haematoma the size of a golf ball around his trachea.
The bleeding is giving him breathing difficulties and will prevent him from training in the near future.
He will see the specialist again next week for an update on his progress.
