ADRIAN Morley was invited to celebrate 10 years of sport under Labour's leadership at an exclusive dinner at Wembley last Thursday.
Morley has been one of the leading figures in British rugby league throughout that period and was invited by Wolves chairman and former Labour MP Doug Hoyle.
Manchester United fan Morley said: "The chairman asked me to go down and I enjoyed it, it was something different. Tony Blair and Gordon Brown were there but I didn't get to meet them. I met Sir Alex Ferguson and Johnny Nelson the boxer. It was a really good night."
