WARRINGTON’s James Chester will have the eyes of the footballing world on him this evening as he looks set to line up for Wales in the semi-final of Euro 2016.
The former Birchwood Community High School pupil qualifies to play for Chris Coleman’s side through his Welsh mother and has played every single minute so far in France.
The 27-year-old, who first discovered football playing for Winwick Athletic but now plies his trade for Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion, looks set to start in defence as Wales take on Portugal in Lyon.
The winner will take on either Germany or hosts France in the final at the Stade de France in Paris on Sunday, July 10.
