INJURY hit Wolves have named two Academy players in their 20-man squad for Friday's trip to Salford.

Matty Blythe, an 18-year-old England under 18 international who can play in the centres or the back row, is a former Rylands junior and William Beamont Sports College pupil.

Centre Anthony Jerram is a 21-year-old Warringtonian who used to attend Great Sankey High School and play for Crosfields.

Also included in the squad are youthful first-team squad players Kevin Penny, Chris Riley, Mike Cooper, Ben Harrison, Andy Bracek and Steve Pickersgill.

Ben Westwood has been included but could yet be suspended for the Salford game, with a hearing into Saturday's alleged elbowing incident against Hull KR taking place tonight, Tuesday.

There is no place in the squad for the injured Richie Barnett, Paul Wood, Michael Sullivan, Rob Parker, Paul Johnson, Lee Briers, Adrian Morley and Simon Grix.
