DID the bookmakers jinx Henry Fa'afili on Saturday?
Wolves' wing try king was last week made the bookies' favourite to end the season as Super League's top try scorer.
But the Kiwi failed to score for the first time in five matches when Wolves met Hull Kingston Rovers in the fourth round of the Carnegie Challenge Cup on Saturday.
He did have an impressive game, however, and prevented a repeat of the previous year's disaster showing against Hull KR in the quarter finals, when Fa'afili's opponent Byron Ford crossed for a hat-trick of tries.
Ford was haring away down the South Stand touchline at one point on Saturday but Fa'afili got back to rescue the situation and looked very strong with the ball in his hand.
