WOLVES coach Paul Cullen was pleased with the contribution made under strict orders by young prop Steve Pickersgill on Saturday.
Cullen said: "He ran a very direct game because that's what was asked of him.
"There's a bit more to Steve Pick's game than was delivered but he was asked to make sure our completion was good and that his collision and his play-the-ball were quick enough for Mark Gleeson and Michael Sullivan to jump on the back of.
"He delivered what was asked of him."
