JOSEPH Kelly scored five tries and landed one goal as Rylands hammered Chorley. Player of the match Jack Cosgrove also completed a hat-trick, with Jamie Hodgkiss crossing twice and goaling three times. Ken Kenwright and Sam Clarke also touched down for Rylands, with Alex Griffths kicking five goals.

Culcheth Eagles u13 14 Crosfields Cobras u13 28.

CULCHETH led at half time but it was Crosfields who came away with the victory. Jacob Kelly scored a hat-trick for Cobras, with Jamie Lee and Eric Wharton also crossing, while Craig Lawton added two goals to his try. Eagles' tries came from Dan Jones, John Eland and their player of the match Anthony Hamilton, who also landed one goal.

Haydock u12 0 Latchford Unicorns u12 30.

CALLUM Wright impressed in defence as Latchford nilled Haydock. Josh Wall and Michael Wharton both crossed twice, with Declan Patton, David Lea and Jake Slydell also scoring.

Wigan St Patricks u12 30 Latchford Albion u12 14.

PLAYER of the match Steven Darbyshire scored twice in Latchford's loss at Wigan St Patricks. Lewis Appleton also touched down, with Ryan Hickman landing one goal.

CROSFIELDS produced a committed team display to beat Widnes Moorfield. Tries came from Jordan Chilton, Jason Comer and a fine solo effort from Matty Ryan.

RYLANDS won an entertaining and hard-fought game against Wigan St Patricks. Theo Holt, player of the match Joe Oakes, Ellis Humphreys and Jack Inman scored tries.

Waterhead u10 36 Culcheth Eagles u10 14.

CULCHETH could not overcome a stern Waterhead defence. Tries were scored by player of the match Jack Harrop, Billy Grisenthwaite and Bradley Morris, while Lewis Perrin landed one goal.

Crosfields u9 24 Latchford u9 28.

LATCHFORD edged out Crosfields in a competitive game. Crosfields' player of the match was James Lawrie, while Ed Roberts was their top tackler and Grady James took the coaches' award.

RYLANDS ran in nine tries in a comfortable victory against Hindley. Jack Adcroft, Elliott Best and Sam Vernon each crossed twice with top tackler Lewis Brown, Sam Hickey and Sam Osbourne also touching down. David King was the player of the match and Oliver Jinks took the coaches' award.

Latchford Unicorns u8 28 Crosfields Cobras u8 20.

LATCHFORD clinched a well-earned win against town rivals Crosfields. Danny Hickman was the player of the match with James Mercer taking the sponsors' award, Charlie Mercer winning the coaches' award and Ellis Ditchfield named top tackler.

Rylands Sharks u8 24 Thatto Heath u8 28.

RYLANDS produced an excellent second-half display but were beaten by Thatto Heath. Kieran Evans touched down twice with player of the match Danny Walker, team player Lloyd Roby and Casey Brown also scoring.
