LYMM High School will have discipline clearly in focus when they take on London side St Pauls in the Daily Mail Under 15s Cup at Twickenham tomorrow, Wednesday.

Coach Simon Baker said: "We certainly won't be giving away as many penalties as we did in the semi-final, which could have destroyed us in our 19-6 win over Wellington at Castlecroft and it will be crucial on Wednesday.

"Otherwise, we're all fit and well, we've seen the DVD of the St Pauls semi three or four times and they're obviously a very good side. They're not dissimilar to Wellington and play nice rugby.

"From out perspective, we haven't done anything special. It's a case of if it ain't broken, don't fix it."

Lymm traveled south yesterday and will train at London Welsh today.
