DANNY Lima lined up against his former club on Sunday - but he would have been hoping to play for Wakefield's first team rather than the under 21s.
Lima played for Wildcats' Senior Academy team in their 28-22 loss to Wolves at Belle Vue, with the match held as a curtain-raiser for the Super League clash between the two clubs.
The 31-year-old prop, who is the head coach of Conference National side Warrington Wizards, made three appearances for Wakefield's first team at the start of the season but has not figured since February 25.
Lima played for Wolves' under 21s in the same fixture last year before a loan spell at Salford in the latter stages of 2006.
