FIVE Warrington schoolchildren have helped the Cheshire and North Wales team reach the national finals of the English Primary Schools Chess Association Team Championships in Nottingham in May.
Chris Brown, George Fortune, Michael Gadd, Joseph Parry and Max Kitshoff were among the team of 20 that qualified at Bridgewater School in Worsley on Saturday.
