LEE Briers and Chris Bridge have not been named in the 20-man squad to face Hull KR on Sunday but neither have yet been completely ruled out of the game.

Briers picked up a hamstring injury and Chris Bridge sustained a groin problem during Friday's defeat to St Helens.

Both players are rated as 'extremely doubtful' but will be given until Saturday's final training session to prove their fitness before an 18-man squad is named.

"We'll give them the courtesy of a session on Saturday," said Cullen.

"We've changed our structure this week, we've moved recovery days and we want to do a little bit of work on Saturday just before the game.

"We will give them up until then and not include them in the initial 20.

"As we can with the rules about squad declarations, if we need to change later on then we will do on medical grounds. But we're not expecting it.

"We hope they will play at Wakefield next week if they miss this one.

"We're not at the stage where we say they're a four to six week injury. We're going to play it by ear."

Adrian Morley is in the 20-man squad after recovering from a fractured eye socket, while Richie Barnkett is also back after an ankle injury but Paul Wood is still a doubt with a shoulder problem, despite being named in the squad.
