EAGLE produced a good performance to win at Maine Road in the Mid-Cheshire Soccer League Second Division.
Quirk gave them the lead in the 12th minute when he latched on to Burton's through ball and, although Maine Road equalised, Sherlock's 25-yard volley made it 2-1 at half time.
Quirk then rounded the keeper to score his second and Fance added Eagle's fourth before a late Maine Road consolation.
* Eagle Reserves hauled themselves off the bottom of the Reserve Division after Andy Wright, Danny Groves and Steve Biltawi scored in a 3-1 win against Broadheath Central Reserves.
