PAUL Cullen is already looking forward to watching Andrew Johns appear for the All Golds at The Halliwell Jones Stadium in October and hopes it will not be the last time he plays in Warrington.

Wolves are still hoping to bring Joey back to the club for the 2008 Super League season, with the legendary Australian expected to make a final decision about his future in May.

But Johns has already accepted a special invitation to represent New Zealand's tourig All Golds side in their commemorative match against the Northern Union at The Halliwell Jones on October 20.

Louis Anderson - Wolves' first signing for 2008 - could also be involved, while former Wolves star Nigel Vagana has already been invited to play alongside Kiwi legends Stacey Jones and Ruben Wiki.

Johns' appearance will either be his first game back in the town ahead of his second spell at the club or a final farewell to the Warrington fans, with Cullen hoping it is the former.

"Fingers crossed," he said about a possible 2008 return.

"We'd certainly like it but that's a considerable distance away and you never know in sport.

"It changes on an hourly basis, let alone four or five months in advance.

"But I'll certainly be coming to the All Golds game and not only to watch Andrew Johns.

"The quality of the Kiwis that will come across will be a mouthwatering prospect and we don't whether Louis Anderson may be involved at that point, so it will certainly be worth a watch.

"There's only one place that Andrew Johns should come back and play in this country and that's Wembley or The Halliwell Jones because he made it his own that night (against Leeds).

"He took over the stadium and still to this day there are 14,000 people who say I was there.

"It was a brilliant occasion and you'd welcome him back with open arms."
