BRENT Grose was in the wars on Saturday after sustaining a nasty cut below his right eye in the opening stages.
Grose picked up the injury after a fearsome tackle from Harlequins' Chad Randall and was absent for the rest of the first half as he had several stitches in the wound.
But the Australian returned for the start of the second period in place of the ill Paul Johnson and a clever offload set up Stuart Reardon for Wolves' fourth try at the Stoop.
Both Grose and Johnson are expected to be available for Wolves' home game against St Helens on Friday.
