WOLVES winger Richie Barnett gives an insight into his life on and off the field.
Q. What is your favourite film?
A. Menace II Society.
Q. What do you usually watch on television after training?
A. I watch Neighbours and Hollyoaks and stuff like that. I watch Deal or No Deal as well because I usually talk about it with Benny Westwood and Paul Wood.
Q. Who is your best friend in rugby league?
A. My best mate in all of rugby league is Waine Pryce. I've known him all my life.
Q. Did anyone else you went to school with become famous?
A. Just Waine Pryce at school but in Bradford there was also Stuart Reardon, Leon and Karl Pryce, Matt Whitaker and Paul White all living a few minutes away.
Q. What is your favourite memory of playing rugby league at school?
A. We didn't play much rugby league at our school but the best game from those days was an amateur game against Stuart Reardon's club at about under 17s level. It was a good game and I smashed Stu, although he denies it!
Q. What is your favourite away ground?
A. The KC Stadium.
Q. What is your favourite try from your career so far?
A. It would be the first try on my debut for Hull. They were my first professional team and it was a decent one. It was against Warrington actually! Another would be the one against Hull for Warrington at the start of last season.
Q. What was the first record you ever bought?
A. I can't remember which record it was, but it was by Arrested Development.
Q. What are your interests and hobbies?
A. Just the usual stuff really, although I do play the drums.
Q. Do you follow any other sports?
A. I like watching cricket and I used to play. I played for Yorkshire Schoolboys and a bit for the first team at my local club. I was an all-rounder but mainly a bowler. I also watch football because I support Arsenal, so I watch when they are playing.
