Benidorm does have its beautiful parts

It was scorching hot.

Despite what people may say about Benidorm, it does have its beautiful parts. It was so nice to relax and I got to use my Spanish.

I didn't buy as many souvenirs this time but I did by some Spanish cross stitch magazines. I also swam in the sea for the first time in years. It was incredible. Besides the usual of lounging on the beach and swimming in the sea, we looked around the markets, the shops, strolled all the way to a nudist beach (I didn't go nude) and managed to see some of the acts in the evening.

I got burnt quite badly in the first couple of days though. It didn't stop me enjoying the holiday however. I loved being away and now it all seems like a distant memory.
