WE'VE all seen in the news about Jamie Oliver and his fight for better school meals.
The thing Jamie doesn't realise is he's making things worse. I've sat in the school canteen and seen children missing their lunch because the food being served to them is appalling.
For example, when I went to get some healthy' food, I couldn't just buy rice, no, I was forced to buy the driest most burned piece of bacon you're ever likely to come across.
How does that fit in with a healthy diet?
Children in most schools do not fill their mouths with junk food and they do eat a balanced diet with fruit and vegetables. They should let us pick our own food, we're old enough and know what the consequences are.
Jamie you've gone too far. Come and witness dinner times for yourself.
