After reading the article online about more diabetics having amputations in Warrington and being diabetic myself, I was thinking how important it is to look after yourself.
Not just for diabetics though, but everyone.
You have to look after yourself to make sure you can do everything you want in life. There are so many things I want to do and being healthy makes me happier.
For the past few months especially, I have done more exercise and I feel better for it, not just physically but emotionally. I have more energy and I think it is going to enable me to do even more things in the future.
My focus on studying meant I’d stayed still for too long and I wonder now, if I’d allowed more time for exercise, would my study time have been more productive? I feel now that it would be.
I’d love to start leaning something else to see but for now, I’m just going to enjoy exercising.
