A JOB is available to run the town centre Youth Cafe.
Warrington Collegiate funds one paid for management role at the hangout spot with the current employee about to leave.
The position is only availabe to someone who is unemployed with applications to be made to the college.
Fearnhead resident Hayley Warden is about to leave the post to travel around South America.
The 22-year-old was struggling to find work after completing a degree at Liverpoool University and went for the cafe job.
She said: “It’s really hard to keep yourself motivated when you can’t find work.
“It really knocks your confidence so when I heard about the Youth Café I got in touch with Warrington Collegiate straight away.
“I was delighted to get the job.”
As part of her role running the cafe, Hayley has spent time getting to know the young people who meet there.
The French and Hispanic studies graduate recommends the role.
She added: “The job is ideal for a someone who wants to gain retail and managerial experience and will suit someone who wants to go on to work with young people.
