GET fighting fit and feel good at an event in Westy with a Halloween theme at Westy Community Centre next Wednesday.
The event is for all ages and everyone is welcome to enjoy a free lunch and refreshments as well as a range of activities and health and wellbeing information.
Activities at the Bridgewater Avenue venue for youngsters include face painting, mask decorating, karate and a bouncy castle.
For adults and young people there is a range of free therapies including Indian head massage and free blood pressure and BMI checks.
All attendees will also be treated to a free feel goodie bag.
