A JUNIOR lawyer has joined one of the region’s top firms.

Sarah Whalley, from Howley, has successfully completed a two-year training contract with Butcher and Barlow LLP, one of the largest independent law firms in the north west.

She will be based at the firm’s Leigh office in Railway Road, where she will specialise in litigation cases including clinical negligence, personal injury, contractual and financial disputes, including the recovery of debts.

Sarah, aged 25, graduated with a first class honours degree from the University of Leeds, followed by a year at Chester College of Law completing her Legal Practice Course, with a Distinction.
