APPRENTICE joiner Gareth Williams has won a national award for his outstanding efforts with Bramall Construction.

The 23 year-old has been working on a new build housing project called Ratcliffe Park in Rainhill, Merseyside and was presented with the Hyatt Regency Hotel in London.

Gareth said: “I’m absolutely delighted to win this award as it’s a fantastic achievement in the industry.”

Gareth, from Longford, has worked with Bramall Construction on 111 properties at the site.

He has achieved distinctions in his NVQ Level 2 and 3 exams and been practising a range of skills from timber framing to second fix joinery.
