YOUNG Israelis and Palestinians will visit Warrington's Peace Centre this weekend to discuss their experiences of conflict and look at alternative responses to violence.
Israelis, including religious Jews from West Bank settlements and secular Israelis from Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, will join Palestinians from Hebron, Rammalah and Bethlehem for a two night stay.
While there, they will meet with past participants of the Tim Parry Scholarship', the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Trust's Anglo-Irish youth exchange programme.
Clare White, the trust's chief executive, said: "We are delighted to welcome this group of young people to the centre. The work of the trust is all about using dialogue and not violence to solve conflict."
The group is being brought to Warrington by Encompass, The Daniel Braden Reconciliation Trust as part of its international conflict resolution programme.
