BUS bays at the new station are too difficult for disabled people to use, a woman has complained.
The end three bays are not yet completed and she claims that concrete blocks partly obstruct access.
Susan Atkinson, from Cin- namon Brow said the blocks leave a small gap and she has no chance' of getting through to the bus.
Mrs Atkinson, a 58-year-old who has arthritis, is also registered as blind.
"You try and negotiate it when you are blind," said Mrs Atkinson, from Mathers Close.
"People surge off the bus as you try to get on."
The station was paid for by Warrington Borough Council and built by contractors.
Jon Plant, Warrington Borough Council's design consultancy manager, said: "The lifts were not due to be commissioned until Monday, September 25 and so are now operating.
"We are aware of the restricted wheelchair access to and from buses at bays 17,18,19 and people's concerns "We are already working with the Warrington Disability partnership and other wheelchair users to develop solutions as soon as possible.
"We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but users are assured that every effort is being made to improve the situation."
