A GREAT Sankey chef is hoping to ‘bring diners back’ to the town centre after opening Marshalls Restaurant on Sankey Street.
Chris Marshall, who has previously worked with TV chef Gary Rhodes, has been receiving rave reviews since opening in March.
The 38-year-old said: “The feedback we have been getting is that it’s great to see a bit of quality dining coming to Warrington.
“We make everything on the premises and a lot of love goes into what we do.”
Chris, who helped make Panoramic, Liverpool, the 26th best restaurant in the country in its first 12 months after working with Gary Rhodes for four years in Manchester, said the experience was a big learning curve.
He added: “It feels scary but exciting having my name above the door and comes with a lot more pressure but it’s every chef’s dream.”
