Visit Creative Stitches and Hobbycrafts at the Aintree Pavilion, Liverpool from 20-22 May where you will be spoilt for choice. With more than 120 exhibitors showcasing the latest products in the world of creative crafts, the show is bursting at the seams with inspiration, supplies and advice. We have teamed up with the organisers to promote their competition to give 12 lucky readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to attend the show.

The show will feature the extraordinary international knitting project, ‘Above and Below the Waves’ which features an amazing 9x6 metre 3D walk-through tunnel. Evoke memories from your childhood with the brand new ‘Glimpses of Childhood’ display. The Undoing of the Corset follows a fascinating history of underwear, showing how it shaped the changing outlines of fashion through every era.

The Afghanistan Inspiration display showcases some of the most vibrant and stunning embroidery squares created by the women of Laghmani Village, Afghanistan. Visit Summer in the Park, a stunning selection of quilts by members of the Quilters Guild of the British Isles using a range of techniques and materials.

Take advantage of all the help and advice from the experts at the show and try your hand at a new craft by taking part in one of the many free mini workshops, talks and on-stand demonstrations. Visit Creative Stitches and Hobbycrafts this May and join the ever-growing number of people embracing 'handmade' and turning away from mass produce.
