I have been so busy the past week or so. I've been working and I've been trying to do the work for my course.

I've been busy with the dissertation proposal and I'm still struggling to come up with a catchy title.

My shifts at work have changed so I'm trying to get used to that and I've also managed to cram in some fun stuff too.

At the weekend I went to see a football match, Nottingham v Scunthorpe. By now, those who follow football will know that it was 5-1 so I'm not ruining the surprise for anyone.

It was the first one I've ever been to and I was in the front row. It was exciting even though I'm not a fan of either team. (I wanted Nottingham to win though) I had a nice surprise as well from my boyfriend who had been to Spain and brought back not one, but two pairs of earrings for me.

They were beautiful and accompanied by a lip balm and German newspaper. I was chuffed to say the least.

I also went to the cinema at the weekend and went to May Sum in Nottingham.

The food was gorgeous and the film Cedar Rapids was good but not quite what I expected.

Anyway I'd better get on with my work, the proposal is due Friday.
