COUNT timings are called 'shambolic' by Warrington North MP Helen Jones.
The Labour MP hit out at the time it is taking for the votes to be counted for the local elections.
Ballot papers are yet to be counted still at 2am as votes for the AV referendum and local elections are split.
Mrs Jones said: "The organisation of the Warrington count is shambolic and we will be putting in a formal protest about this. It is humiliating for the town to conduct it's election counts in this way.
"It doesn't make us look like a modern town.
"It's bad enough that in the General Election key marginals declared before Warrington North but the organisation of this local election Warrington count has been the worst it has ever been."
