A PLANNING inspector has partially allowed a controversial scheme in Lymm.
Developers wanted to convert outbuildings at Redbank, on Cliff Lane, into a holiday home and build a new double garage.
Both plans had been turned down by planning officers in Warrington.
At appeal, however, while the inspector agreed the holiday letting should not be allowed, he ruled that the garage could go ahead.
