MAYBE the five-a-day message isn't getting through.
Figures obtained by the Warrington Guardian show that the number of children enjoying school meals has dropped since healthier menus have been introduced.

It is stocking more fruit and vegetables than other local authorities and our children should be eating healthier than ever.
But maybe the culture has to change.
There is no doubt that healthy eating will increase your lifespan and in these times of health service crises, reduce the burden on hospitals and GPs. And we all know the message.
Now we just need to listen to it.
