A GROUP that offers sport for children with disabilities has had a major cash boost thanks to fundraisers.
Sports For All has been handed £1,113 from organisers of a fundraising night in aid of the work it does for young people.
The Halton group provides summer holiday sport camps for youngsters who have disabilities.
The camps offer children a wide range of sporting activities to keep them mobile over the summer holidays including football, cricket and basketball.
Kind-hearted supporters of the group held a special fundraising night at Birchfield Sports and Social Club, which let the group use the room for free thanks to Ronny George.
There were plenty of activities to help raise money including tombolas, raffles, auctions and stand up bingo.
