ALLEYGATES could soon be fitted at the back of Runcorn homes.
Plans to install gates and fences in Vahler Terrace and Cartwright Street have been submitted to Halton Council. Hundreds of householders have already welcomed this additional security, saying it cuts crime, reduces flytipping and dog fouling and makes them feel safer.
