CREWE continue to shine in the NSD League's Phoenix 15 competition.
Matt Dawson's boys are flying high after maintaining their 100% record while Nantwich B picked up their first victory, last Thursday.
With the tournament split into four zones on geographical location, one side currently dominates each table at the halfway stage.
And it's Crewe in Zone B after making it four wins out of four.
Tom Gower has played a big part in their success so far and another all-round performance helped sink Whitmore.
The big man top scored with 58 while Mark Hurst also thumped an unbeaten 30 as they posted 132-2 off their 15 overs.
Gower then claimed 3-16 as the visitors slumped to 91-6 in reply.
Martin Webb also took 2-19 in the 41-run victory.
It was the battle of the bottom two in Zone A along with another derby in South Cheshire.
Nantwich B were celebrating after bagging their first victory of the competition over fellow strugglers Weston.
Plain sailing for the Dabbers as the visitors found tight bowling too hard to score against.
Weston could only muster 74-5 with Alan Newton the pick of the bowlers, claiming 2-21.
Nantwich cruised to victory inside nine overs, losing only one wicket as Paul Hampshire hit 37 not out and Barrington Browne smashed an unbeaten 30.
A big six saw them through to 80-1.
Elworth remain above both sides despite defeat at home to Rode Park and Lawton.
