WARRINGTON Wolves registered a comprehensive win against new boys Oldham in the league for internet message board rugby league teams.
Wolves, who had not been in combat for more than a month, got on top of the big Oldham pack from the start and led 14-4 at the interval thanks to tries from Craig Middlemore and Andy Hawley.
Middlemore rounded off a magnificent performance to take his try tally to four in the second half, while Hawley completed a hat-trick, Nat Ashurst added a brace and Kyle Holcroft and Jon Westwood also registered four-pointers.
Wolves are currently preparing for life in the North West Counties league with training taking place at Crosfields on Tuesdays at 7.30pm and on Thursdays at 8pm. All new and returning players are welcome to attend.
