A COMPANY director has appeared in court on motoring charges on a Warrington motorway.
Peter Saunders, from Nantwich, is alleged to have exceeded the 70-mile per hour speed limit on the M6 southbound on February 10 this year.
The 56-year-old is accused of travelling more than 100 miles an hour but denied the charge at Warrington Magistrates' Court on Friday.
He is listed as a company director of Clovemead, in Warrington, which has a multi-million-pound turnover and more than 100 employees. He is next due to appear in court on October 23.
