Pupils at Middlewich High School have been skipping for joy as part of a scheme to promote healthier lifestyles. The school has taken part in a health week by holding a series of activities to encourage pupils to get active. Children were also given advice on how to keep a balanced diet through breakfast clubs held every morning with a nutritious menu to choose from.
