REFERRING to the letter from 'ASBO' Guardian, June 28, are you saying why bother to keep to the rules when many others are enjoying the advantages of breaking them?
The short answer is that if you care, and it sounds as though you are wondering where the greed will end, then each time you do better than the cynic's way, you are contributing to something which will be a little more lasting. More lasting than the current orgy of consumption and condemnation.
It's not wrong to see a lot of hypocrisy, because the evidence is that it's there. Maybe the hypocrites are your real targets.
