The best in this match came from the losers' doubles pairing of Kevin Houghton and Dave Gittins, who recorded a 19-dart game.
Kev's Killers lost their chance of being level on points with the leaders when they lost 5-4 to Halfway Gents.
There are also new leaders in Section Three, with RNA now leading the way after beating Dreadnaughts 7-2.
Halfway Mixed slipped to second place after losing out 6-3 to Wanderers, who rallied after earlier trailing 3-1.
Wanderers' best was a 116 finish from Chris Ellams, while teammate Peter Illidge hit a maximum.
Third-placed Outcasts lost ground on the leaders when they went down 5-4 to Halton Marauders.
Halfway A have now opened up a six-point gap at the top of Section One after they beat previous second-place side Navvy 7-2. The winners' best was a 19-dart game from Steve Roberts, while Neil Ward responded in kind for Navvy.
Lion Doo Waps now find themselves in second place after beating Tricorn 7-2, while Albion gained their second league victory of the season after beating Tranny Lads 5-4.
Albion's best came from John Kilkenny, who registered a 17-dart game, while Phil Littler and Paul Melia produced finishes of 112 and 105 respectively.
The best for Tranny Lads were 14 and 18 dart games from Ian White and Steve Allan, with both players hitting maximums.
