The second half sub ran the length of the pitch to score a wonder try, helping inspire his teammates to recover a match they had seemed determined to throw away.
Park had held a 20-0 lead early in the opening period.
But Robinson rounded off a commanding all-round display to leave Winnington not daring to lose their lead for a second time late on.
The Vikings, level on points with Park before kick-off, could not muster another comeback.
Earlier, Winnington started brightly with England Lionhearts international Rick Smith racing 50 yards for the opening score after being released by Mark Thompson.
Andy Joseph, Pete Leonard and Smith again crossed the line as Park seemed set to finish the match before half time.
However they paid for repeatedly surrendering possession, and ended up only edging the first half 20-14.
Leonard and Smith came close to extending the lead again after the restart, but instead it was Runcorn who reversed their fortunes, scoring two quick tries to go 26-20 ahead.
Park needed to respond, so 50-year-old debutant Terry Jones stepped forward.
He piled under the posts following a mazy run to level the scores and Gareth Tones converted, only for the Vikings to squeeze clear again with another six-pointer of their own.
It was then that Robinson stole the show.
His try was followed by a Leonard drop-kick to take the score to 33-32.
Jan Cartman raced over the line from 70 yards, again converted by Tones, to seal a win that appeared so unlikely only minutes earlier.
