MUSICIANS and music lovers are tuning up for a concert celebrating 250 years of a classical genius.
Middlewich Concert Orchestra is commemorating the anniversary of Mozart's birth with a programme dedicated to his work.
Conducted by David Thomas, the orchestra will perform overtures from The Seraglio and The Magic Flute, as well as movements from two of his late symphonies. It will also be joined by professional soloist Kevin O'Sullivan in Weber's Bassoon Concerto.
The concert will be held at Middlewich Civic Hall tomorrow, Thursday, from 8pm.
Tickets, priced £5 and £3 for concessions, are available on the door or from Eric Quirk on 07966 134421.
Admission, which includes a programme, is free for children under eight.
