A TEENAGER has died a week after being involved in a fatal head-on smash on the Daresbury Expressway.
Stephen Roberts, 18, died today (Monday) in hospital where he had been in intensive care following the horrific collision last Monday night.
Another driver, Brian Crummey, 41, was found dead at the scene of the collision between his Citroen taxi and Mr Roberts' Peugeot 306.
Four others - a 48-year-old Warrington man, two teenage girls and a teenage boy, all from Halewood - remain in hospital.
Police investigating what caused the crash are appealing for witnesses to call them on 01244-613 928.
