AN event promoting positive mental health will be held at Walton Hall Gardens on Thursday, July 6, from 10am until 4pm.
People from across the town are invited to a take part in the free fun day to promote positive mental health and reduce the stigma of mental illness.
There will be stress-busting drumming sessions and relaxation techniques and a chance to sample a range of free complementary therapies.
There will also be a fun art competition for the best 'Challenging Stigma' slogan logo or picture.
