SWIMMERS from an Appleton school make up the seventh best medley relay team in England.
Pupils from St Monicas Primary School finished seventh in the final of the Bazuka National Swimming Championships for Primary Schools at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield, after qualifying from the Cheshire heat with a record time.
The school's freestyle relay team were 19th in the national finals after qualifying in second place.
It was the first time the school had entered the championships.
