DISABLED children were given a boost by the kind-hearted staff and regulars of The Sportsmans Arms in Penketh.
Collection tins and charity nights raised £642 for Whizz-kidz, which aims to give children with mobility problems an independent life of freedom. It will be able to provide more training, advice and specialised equipment thanks to the Warrington Road pub.
