WEAVERHAM will be alive with the sound of music next month as a fundraiser takes place in the village.
Groups will perform at the Owley Wood Club, on Barrymore Road, from 8pm on Friday, July 21 and organisers Will Butters and Dave Mainwaring are urging members of the public to show their support for St Luke's.
Will said: "We are only charging £4.50 per ticket because we believe in giving people great value for money.
"In our experience people are very generous and we hope to have a few fundraising items in the programme."
